Controller and scope
Massader Precision Trading Company, 7416 Prince Fawaz, Al Khobar Al Shamaliyah District, Al Khobar 34428, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy. Privacy and Saudi PDPL requests may be sent to [email protected].
This Policy applies to the public website, contact communications, RFQs and related technical or commercial correspondence. It does not replace separate privacy information provided for another relationship or service.
Information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive the following information directly from you, your employer, an authorized representative, or the organization managing the relevant project.
- Name, job title, company, business email, telephone or mobile number, address and preferred contact details.
- RFQ references, project context, categories, brands or part numbers, item descriptions, specifications, quantities, delivery information and additional notes.
- Files supplied for the enquiry, such as BOQs, drawings, datasheets, schedules, photographs or nameplate details.
- Necessary technical and security information generated when the website or email service is used, such as request time, requested URL, delivery status and limited server-security records. We do not use browser fingerprinting for advertising.
Required and optional information
Information identified as required is needed to identify the sender, understand the enquiry, communicate about it and protect the submission channel. Optional fields can improve technical or commercial review but may be omitted when they are not relevant.
If necessary information is not provided, Massader may be unable to understand, assess or respond to the requirement. Please do not provide personal, confidential or sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry.
Purposes and processing grounds
We process information to receive and assess enquiries, clarify requirements, communicate with the sender, coordinate sourcing or project support, prepare a possible quotation, protect our services, maintain necessary business records and comply with applicable obligations. Depending on the activity, processing is based on the requester’s initiated business enquiry, performance of or steps connected with a business relationship, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests permitted by Saudi law that do not prejudice the data subject’s rights, or consent where consent is the appropriate statutory ground.
Recipients and Microsoft 365
Access is limited to Massader personnel and authorized service providers who need the information for the purposes above. Enquiries may be delivered to and handled in Massader’s controlled Microsoft 365 environment through Microsoft Graph or ordinary business email.
Hosting, email, security, support and professional service providers may process limited information under their service terms and applicable instructions. Information is not sold, and RFQ contacts are not added to an unrelated marketing list through the enquiry process.
International processing
Microsoft 365, hosting or their authorized support and service arrangements may involve processing or access outside Saudi Arabia. The precise location depends on the approved production configuration. Where personal information is transferred or disclosed outside the Kingdom, Massader will assess the transfer and apply measures required by the Saudi PDPL and its regulations. This Policy does not claim that all processing remains in one country.
Retention and temporary files
Website temporary files are removed after completed or terminally failed delivery. Abandoned temporary files are cleaned after the configured short cleanup period.
Delivered RFQ emails and attachments are retained only as reasonably necessary to process the enquiry and meet legitimate business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Retention may also reflect an active transaction, dispute, required preservation, security investigation or applicable legal obligation. Information is then deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with the applicable process.
Security
Massader applies proportionate administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including controlled access, private temporary storage where used, validation, transport security and limited logging. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, executable files or unnecessary identity documents.
Your rights
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, its regulations and applicable limitations, a person may have rights to be informed, access personal data, obtain a copy where applicable, request correction, completion or updating, and request destruction where applicable. Consent may be withdrawn where consent is the processing ground. See the Saudi PDPL and Data Rights page for the request process.
Children, updates and contact
This is a business-to-business industrial website and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child unless it is lawful, necessary and specifically requested through an authorized process.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, services or processing. The effective date above identifies the current public version. Questions, rights requests and privacy concerns may be emailed to [email protected]. A person may also use the complaint channels made available by the competent Saudi authority where applicable.
